Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping within Australia: All purchases are shipped at the rate quoted to you at the time of purchase. We charge a flat rate for postage within Australia of AUD $10.00, for up to 5 products. For larger orders, please contact us for a rate.  We use Australia Post Express Post where possible - they guarantee next business day delivery for all major centres in Australia and 2 business days for some hard-to-reach rural areas.  The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. Outside this network we arrange the most efficient delivery using existing transport links.  If you haven’t received your package within 3 working days please notify us at info@workincolour.com.au or (02) 9994 8020.

Shipping outside Australia: For international orders we use the Australia Post International Registered Post service. To make arrangements for international deliveries please e-mail the details of the items you would like to purchase to info@workincolour.com.au and we will contact you to arrange payment and delivery.   If you haven’t received your package within the agreed time please notify us at info@workincolour.com.au or +61 2 9994 8020.

Out of Stock: In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock when you order, we will contact you within 2 business days of your order to offer your choice of product when available or a refund.

Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your online goods purchase we are happy to offer you a full refund provided that the item is in its original condition. This means the item must not have been used and all components (excluding any shrink wrap or other outer packaging) must be returned. Please note that sale items are non-refundable and may not be returned or exchanged. To organise a return please notify us at email info@workincolour.com.au or (02) 9994 8020 within 10 days of our dispatch date and we will arrange the return of the goods as quickly as possible. 

Faulty or incorrectly sent items: If an item is faulty or we have incorrectly sent you the wrong item then please notify us at email info@workincolour.com.au or (02) 9994 8020 within 10 days of our dispatch date and we will arrange the return of the goods as quickly as possible at no cost to you. You have the choice of a new product or a full refund. 

Return shipping: Any returned items must be securely packed to send back to Work In Colour at Level 14, 309 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000. We recommend that you use Australia Post Express Post for the return.
